Our Pilot
Coastal Seaplanes owner/ operator and pilot, Sam Riggs, is a seasoned pilot with experience in flying aircraft in many different environments, from the challenging Inside Passage of Southeast Alaska, to the canyons and mountains of Utah, as well as the coastal regions of Southern Louisiana, North Carolina's Outer Banks, and Coastal Virginia.
